Position Overview:
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the indoor and outdoor facilities. Strive to maintain and improve the efficiency as well as the appearance of the building. Ensure the safety, longevity, and appearance of our property to provide the best experience for our Members, Clients, and Families. Work closely with the Operations department as well as all departments to assist our Members, Clients, and family’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the aquatics facilities. Ensure safe and clean pools and hot tubs. ie., testing, treating the pools, and vacuuming the pools.
- Assist in maintaining the outdoor facilities, mowing, weeding, weed whacking, raking, and picking up trash, plantings, and long-term care.
- Assist in snow removal, sanding, and plowing to keep our parking lots and sidewalks clear and safe.
- Assist in building projects, demolition projects, and moving equipment.
- Assist in all monthly and quarterly upkeep of building lights, HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and more.
- Painting as required
- Create and maintain a clean and organized maintenance office/storage area.
- Attend staff meetings
- Be a team player and help the entire Operations and Maintenance department provide quality and professional service to all members.
- Assist in a supervisory mode when the Facilities director is not on-site or unavailable.
This position may be asked to assist in other areas of RVC. Cooperation is assumed and required. All staff members will work together to provide the superior service that RVC bases its reputation on.

- Reach forward and up overhead
- Stand and walk for up to 2 miles a day.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
