WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 4 PM.
You start your day by diving into a stack of invoices, meticulously inputting each one into our accounting system with precision and accuracy. As you reconcile accounts payable transactions, your keen eye for detail ensures that every number adds up perfectly. But your role doesn't stop there - you're also the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your knack for preparing reports and analyzing data drives our financial success, and your suggestions for process improvements are valued by the entire team.
