River & Trail Outfitters specializes in outdoor adventures including camping, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, airsoft, and white water rafting. We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail and Reservations Associates to join our team this summer. This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with guests who are passionate about outdoor activities.
Summary:
Primary responsibilities of our Retail & Reservations staff include assisting our guests begin their adventure. Ideal candidates will need to be a problem solver, good listener, and provide excellent customer service. Everyday is a new day, meeting new people across our 4 outposts. You will assist in providing guests with wonderful experiences that keep them coming back and creating memorable experiences.
Duties:
- Provide exemplary informative customer service.
- Understand all of our activities and offerings at River & Trail Outfitters.
- Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails and arriving guests.
- Assist guests in purchasing souvenirs.
- Team player
- Stocking, cleaning of site(s)
- Other duties as assigned

- Full Time Seasonal (March-October)
