Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We manage a growing portfolio of single-family homes, twin homes, and apartment communities — and we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, thrives on variety, and enjoys making a tangible difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs across a variety of rental properties
• Complete preventative maintenance to ensure homes remain safe and efficient
• Prepare vacant units for new residents with timely, detailed turnover work
• Assist with remodeling, renovations, and light construction projects
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs during scheduled on-call shifts

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in general maintenance (residential preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-call and weekends (rotating schedule)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with property management software a plus
