About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to help deliver an outstanding leasing and resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and eager to grow within property management.
What You'll Do
- Leasing & Tours: Engage with prospective residents, respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct property tours, and follow up with leads.
- Marketing & Outreach: Post and maintain property listings across rental platforms (Zillow, Facebook, etc.) and assist with marketing efforts.
- Leasing Process: Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and collect deposits.
- Move-Ins/Move-Outs: Conduct property inspections and ensure smooth transitions for residents.
- Resident Relations: Build strong relationships by addressing questions concerns with professionalism.
- Maintenance Coordination: Enter and track work orders, working closely with maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
- Admin Support: Assist with office operations and support the property management team as needed
What You Bring
- Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable with technology and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, customer service, or property management experience is preferred
- Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
- Availability during weekdays with occasional weekend flexibility
