We're growing quickly and looking for an Operations Associate to help us deliver world-class support to our members and providers.
About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. You'll serve as a primary point of contact, helping coordinate care, answer questions, manage records, and ensure patients receive the support they need.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about improving access to healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat
- Help patients navigate healthcare services, referrals, specialists, and community resources
- Coordinate with providers to support individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, billing information, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Support additional operational initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting customers or clients across phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Comfortable learning healthcare terminology and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, patient support, or care coordination
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
