General Summary: Assists C-Store Manager with store operations including, check out, merchandising, layout, inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance. Acting Manager in Store Managers absence.
Essential Functions:
- Review, assign and follow up on daily work lists
- Supervise the sale of all retail goods and services include money drop procedures
- Monitor and maintain all food service areas
- Review, update, and correct retail pricing on all retail items
- Train, manage and supervise C-Store Clerks in Managers absence
- Perform open and close processes as needed
- Receive, verify, and process merchandise and vendor shipments
- Order merchandise to maintain proper inventory levels of product
- Oversee and/or stock, and display merchandise and supplies

Educations/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, combined with sufficient on-the-job experience to know the processes and variables to accurately manage a convenient store/retail store. Minimum of 5 years retail/store experience. Proficient in computer usage including POS systems and the Internet.

Physical: This position is defined as Medium. Work involves exerting between 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally using any combination of body, hands, fingers, arms, legs, and feet to complete tasks. Walking or standing to a significant degree.
