River Country Co-op is seeking Feed Mill Production workers for our top of the line Feed Mill located in Owen, WI. 3 am to 11 am & Noon to 8 pm shifts available.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Mill Controller with hands adds
- Load Semi and Quad trucks with manufactured feed
- Assisting customer pick up
- Accurately pulling and preparing hand adds
- Assist with bagging feed and ingredients
- Cleaning warehouse and mill
- Assist with unloading rail cars
- Follow all safety procedures and report any safety issues to management
- Assist other company departments as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to work in a variety of conditions (warm and cold)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in dusty environment
- Must be a reliable and a team player
- Possess a positive attitude toward co-workers and customers
