River Club of Mequon is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Locker Room Attendant to support daily locker room operations and deliver a high-quality experience for our members and guests. This role plays an important part in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the locker room while providing personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide shoe care services, including cleaning, polishing, and maintenance
- Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels as needed throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including lockers, vanities, showers, and common areas
- Replenish locker room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all members and guests
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist members with locker room needs and provide attentive, courteous service
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate of $12–$14 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional earnings through tips
