Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintains inventory counts and tells a manager when materials are needed.
2. Maintains cleanliness of the locker rooms, which includes sinks, showers, urinals, toilets and floors.
3. Polishes shoes as requested.
4. Change spikes on golf shoes as requested.
5. See that adequate shampoo, bath soap, deodorant, combs, razors, and other toiletries are displayed and available to members and their guests.
6. Ensure clean towels are always available in the locker room.
7. Maintains billing charges and submits to Business Office.
8. Maintains coffee and water station throughout the day.
9. Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
10. Perform other tasks as necessary to support the Club.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior locker room experience is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Must be courteous and tactful with members and firm with children.
2. Attention to detail and possess an acute awareness of sanitation needs and requirements.
3. Must have the ability to communicate and respond to both internal and external customers professionally and in a timely manner.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with frequent interruptions. Must have the ability to professionally respond to variations in schedules and plans.
5. Able to work independently, but also be able to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships.
Physical and Mental Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Requires the ability to freely move throughout the facility. On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to speak and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
