We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Appointment Setter to support our expanding team. We have locations in both Peoria, Illinois and Sarasota, Florida and are open to candidates at either location.
Job Summary:
The Appointment Setter will be pivotal in driving our business development by scheduling key appointments with potential clients for our consulting team. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator with a background in sales, demonstrating a proactive approach to finding and engaging clients. Equipped with comprehensive tools and resources, this individual will excel in follow-up and lead conversion to secure valuable appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
- Qualify leads and gather essential information to facilitate appointment setting.
- Coordinate with the consulting team to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience
- 1-2 years roofing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dialing experience or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent, results-oriented, and positive attitude.
