- Project Leadership: Lead all phases of construction projects while collaborating with operations, field leadership, preconstruction, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and communication to maintain alignment across all stakeholders and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Project Execution: Manage project budgets, procurement, forecasting, job costs, cash flow, contract administration, and risk mitigation while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Client Experience: Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive experience from kickoff through completion.
