- Schedule appointments efficiently, manage multi-line phone systems, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate medical records by reviewing documentation, updating care plans, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clinic operations by filing documents, managing electronic health information (EHR systems), and performing clerical tasks such as typing reports and data entry
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering phones promptly, scheduling follow-up visits, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
Experience
- Previous clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, especially in chiropractic or dental settings
- Strong familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and health information management practices to ensure confidentiality and compliance
- Demonstrated clerical skills including multi-line phone handling, filing, data entry (10 key typing), and Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
