As a HVAC Technician, you will:
Shift: 10:30PM - 6:30AM | Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour
- The Engineer IV performs a variety of advanced journey level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks which could include upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry kitchen equipment and general maintenance; may act as a lead worker for assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed; performs duties with minimum or no supervision; provides advanced support duties to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
- Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.
- Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.
- Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
- Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.

- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years’ experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).
- Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.
- Knowledge of Building management systems.
- Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
- Read blueprints.
