responsible for executing Human Resources (HR) strategies supporting the
overall business and strategic direction of the organization. The role
will specialize in the areas of employee relations and engagement,
performance management, change management, training and development,
talent management, onboarding, compensation, and compliance. This
position also assists with the development and implementation of
policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: \*Develop and
execute HR plans, processes, policies, and programs aligned with goals
for the organization, including talent management, employee relations,
goal alignment, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and
communications. \*Coach and mentor managers and employees in consistent
and effective use of HR tools, policies, programs, and concepts.
\*Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages
collaboration, employee engagement, and continuous growth. \*Collaborate
with leaders on talent management and administering full-cycle
recruitment and onboarding. \*Assist with succession health in
identifying, developing, and retention of each department\'s workforce,
ensuring a pipeline for future growth. \*Manage employee relations
including all employment policies, disciplinary actions, and performance
management; ensuring compliance with all HR related regulatory
requirements as well as state and federal laws. \*Monitor employee
climate to identify trends and coach managers on identifying issues and
implementing corrective actions, while also identifying opportunities to
increase engagement. \*Collaborate with managers to develop and
implement communication strategies that ensure consistent messaging and
enhance employee communication processes. \*Administer exit surveys and
interviews, compiling feedback for senior leadership. \*Coordinate and
support leadership training initiatives to enhance the development and
effectiveness of management teams. \*Collect, evaluate, and interpret HR
data to report on key metrics that support ongoing workforce improvement
initiatives. \*Oversee HRIS operations ensuring system effectiveness and
alignment with organizational needs. \*Support timecard approvals for
payroll processing. \*Perform competitive market analysis to remain
informed of industry trends and competitor activities. \*Administer FMLA
and maintain appropriate paperwork. \*Intake unemployment claims and
submit any necessary paperwork. \*Compliance reporting, including EEO-1
and Vets 100. \*Maintain accurate and organized employee records and
ensure compliance with all HR record retention requirements.
Requirements: \*Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a
related field, and will consider equivalent combination of education and
experience in lieu of. \*5 years experience in a similar role.
\*Knowledge in human resource management and applicable federal, state,
and local employment laws. \*Proven ability to maintain high levels of
confidentiality. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \*HR
certification i.e. SHRM/PHR. \*Skills in building strong working
relationships with coworkers. \*Strong written and verbal communication
skills. \*Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability
to manage multiple priorities. \*Ability to work independently and as
part of a team, in a high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy
