Line Cook — River and Range Bistro
Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Schedule: Part-time or full-time; evening and weekend availability required
River and Range Bistro is seeking a dependable, motivated line cook to join our growing kitchen team. We are a chef-driven bistro focused on thoughtfully prepared food, quality ingredients, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn are even more important. We can teach techniques and systems—we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, accepts feedback, supports their teammates, and wants to improve.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the chef’s standards
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized station
- Work quickly and accurately during busy service
- Stay calm, focused, and respectful under pressure
- Communicate clearly with the chef and other team members
- Follow recipes, portioning standards, and proper plating
- Assist with prep, cleaning, dishes, and other kitchen duties as needed
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements
- Help receive, rotate, label, and properly store ingredients
