Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure quality and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of dishes during busy hours
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to servers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment
