Line Cook (Grill & Sauté) – Full Time
Location: Wethersfield, CT
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks with a strong background on grill and sauté to join a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in execution, consistency, and working clean under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Execute grill and sauté stations during service at a high level
- Maintain consistency, timing, and plate presentation
- Follow recipes, specs, and chef standards
- Work clean, organized, and efficiently throughout service
- Assist with prep, breakdown, and station organization
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional line cook experience
- Proven experience on grill and/or sauté
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals
- Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-driven
Schedule
- Full-time
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
