Restaurant Manager (Hourly)
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager whose primary focus is guest satisfaction. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, centered on table touches, supporting the service team, and anticipating and resolving issues before they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through regular table visits and engagement
- Support FOH team members during service to maintain smooth operations
- Identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Lead by example with a calm, positive, service-first mindset
- Communicate effectively with both guests and staff throughout service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong hospitality instincts and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
Position Details:
- Hourly position
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
