What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Secretary position at Rivendell Interstate School District?
Rivendell Academy is seeking a full-time Student Support Secretary to greet, serve, and provide direct service to callers, visitors, and guests of the Rivendell Academy office by performing primary reception functions. The Student Support Secretary works closely with educators, students and parents and must have the ability to remain on task, complete daily workload and prioritize additional projects. A high level of confidentiality is necessary. Responsibilities include:
- Daily student attendance, including contacting parents and working with the school nurse to track dismissals
- Report cards and statistical reports
- Answering phones and monitoring main door access.
