Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced Sr. DevOps Engineers with 10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and operationalizing comprehensive CI/CD frameworks across hybrid environments—including AWS-hosted services and on-premises systems. The ideal candidates will drive automation, enhance deployment workflows, and ensure seamless integration across environments while maintaining strong observability, governance, and security controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain promotion workflows across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production.
Enable PartnerLab as a dedicated integration environment separate from production pipelines.
Implement feature flags, progressive delivery, and automated rollback strategies.
Define and enforce observability and monitoring standards across all environments.
Integrate automated database build, migration, and refresh processes (with anonymized production data for lower environments).
Enable automated and manual product validation across environments.
Implement comprehensive test automation including unit, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Required Skills
<>Core PlatformsStrong hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch) – Mandatory
Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure: VMs, physical servers, and network orchestration
GitHub Enterprise & GitHub Actions (workflow creation, runners, environments)
Terraform for IaC and hybrid resource provisioning
CI/CD pipeline orchestration across hybrid AWS on-premises environments
Docker and Kubernetes for containerization & orchestration
Automated test frameworks (unit, integration, regression, performance)
Feature flag tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly or equivalent)
Static & dynamic analysis tools (SonarQube, Fortify)
Hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server – Required
Database schema management & migration automation
Data masking/anonymization for non-production use
Automated database refresh pipelines with integrity validation
Monitoring and alerting: Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch
Logging and tracing: ELK, OpenTelemetry
Automated rollback and progressive delivery strategies
Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or equivalent)
Compliance with enterprise change control & deployment governance
Implementation of least-privilege access and artifact integrity verification
