The MDM Analyst will analyze, design, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions across customer, supplier, product, and location domains.
Responsibilities include profiling source data; defining data models, mappings, validation rules, match-and-merge and survivorship logic; executing cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and remediation; monitoring data-quality KPIs; and performing root-cause analysis.
The role will partner with business data owners, stewards, architects, and application teams to define governance standards, metadata, reference data, workflows, and access controls. The analyst will support integrations, testing, releases, production incidents, audit evidence, documentation, and user training, while driving continuous improvement.
Candidates should have strong SQL, data analysis, ETL/API, MDM and data-governance knowledge, excellent communication, and experience delivering scalable solutions in Agile environments.
