Responsibilities
- Contact and manage inbound/outbound seller leads
- Build rapport, assess motivation, and analyze deals
- Negotiate terms and secure signed contracts
- Attend in-person appointments and property walkthroughs
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline tracking
Qualifications
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle high lead volume and rejection
