Title: Principal Risk Specialist Operational Risk Challenge & Advisory
Location : McLean, VA, USA (3 days Onsite and 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line risk challenge and advisory for RCSA, PLA, PRA, launch initiatives, and other operational risk assessments.
- Review, document, and communicate risk findings; analyze data to identify risks and support remediation plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on operational risk and collaborate with Business Risk Offices, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk teams.
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or military experience).
- 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Process Management.
- CPA, CIA, or PMP certification.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Tableau, and data analysis.
Salary : $60 - $70
