We’re seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Manager to lead our Outside Plant team in designing and implementing network infrastructure. This role oversees OSP engineering design, mapping, and contractor management while driving efficiency in planning, budgeting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop OSP engineering team; manage performance and growth.
- Oversee design activities, compliance with RUS/industry standards, and project documentation.
- Develop market entry plans, cost estimates, and present to leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and GIS teams for seamless implementation.
- Negotiate and manage contract OSP engineering resources.
- Ensure database integrity and prioritize job safety.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of telecom construction and engineering principles.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.
