Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rogers, AR, for a Business Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling business Internet and telecom services to assigned leads, generating additional business leads and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, crafting sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities, provide tailored communication solutions, and represent Ritter Communications in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Account Management and cultivating ongoing client relationships
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant technology is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
