Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs

- Open to traveling within the local market as needed
- Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
