What We Offer
- Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions
- Average first year income range up to $60,000 to $80,000/yr

- Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
- Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
- Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
- Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
- Schedule availability needed:
- Mon-Fri: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm
- Saturdays: 8am -4:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm
- Sundays off
- At least one (1) year experience in call center sales preferred
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment or relevant customer-facing roles including hospitality, food and beverage, retail sales, direct marketing
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - plus!
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 30 WPM or more
- Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
- Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
