Job Title: Account Manager

Starting Pay: $62,920 annually at 50 hours a week plus benefits.

Location: Onsite at RITE, 1744 Independence Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34234 (this role is not available for hybrid or remote work)

Your Role: Be the Client's Trusted Partner!

As an Account Manager at RITE Technology, you will manage client accounts, drive service delivery and cultivate long-term client relationships without a commission-based compensation structure. Your focus is simple: deliver exceptional service, exceed expectations and drive value for each client. This role is all about relationship-building and strategic growth; we want to help our clients thrive with the right tech at their fingertips. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients' needs are not only met but exceeded, through consistent care and attention, helping clients gain maximum value from our services.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management

• Act as the primary 'point of care' for clients, delivering attentive, professional and personable support to meet their needs.

• Take ownership of the client relationship once a project moves forward, managing all details with precision.

• Lead regular business reviews to keep clients informed of relevant services, new solutions and opportunities.

• Maintain open and proactive communication to ensure clients are fully aware of our offerings and updated regularly.

• Assess and report on account performance to ensure key performance indicators are consistently met and exceeded.


Operations & Admin Support

• Gather and prepare required financial documentation to process transactions accurately.

• Work within defined processes using CRM and ERP tools, providing reliable tracking and support for client interactions.

• Act as a bridge between clients, technology teams and financial partners to facilitate smooth and effective service.

• Manage and oversee ongoing client billing to ensure priorities are handled with excellence.
