Rite Path is seeking licensed Independent Contractor Therapists in Arizona to provide outpatient behavioral health services. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and consistent referral opportunities within a collaborative, mission-driven organization
Responsibilities
What you will do:
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
Meet contracted productivity expectations
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Eligible to practice independently in Arizona
Experience With Adolescents And/or Adults Preferred
Strong documentation and time management skills
