Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay: Starting at $50,000/annually (pay starts at this rate for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with at-risk youth)

What you will do: As Shift Leader, you will be operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program, through the work performed by Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors. The supervisory duties may also include participation in decisions to evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them. The Shift Lead exercises his/her authority daily by directing both students and staff to meet service expectations. This role involves providing direct care hours to at-risk youth, creating a supportive environment that addresses their needs.
To Be Considered, You Should
External applicants must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience as a full-time employee (or 2,080 hours of supervisory experience) with at-risk youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting.

To Be Considered, You Should
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field (for example, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Family Studies, and/or Human Development).
- Have at least 2 years of experience working directly with at risk-youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
- Have a valid driver's license.

Schedule: Looking to fill A shift with a schedule of 3.5/days on and 3.5 days off
- Sunday -Tuesday from 8 am to 10 pm with a 2-hour break, and Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm
