What Ritchey Metals Is Looking For

• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in the dock, plant and break room areas. This will include sweeping the floors periodically.
• THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO LIFT AND/OR MOVE 100 POUNDS, REGULARLY EXPOSED TO OUTSIDE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND EXTREME HEAT AND VIBRATION

Pay Rate:

The rate of pay starts at $16.00 per hour ($33,280.00 annually) with a raise after a 90-day probation

By participating in our Skill Based Training Pay system, employees can earn up to $24.00 per hour ($49,920.00 annually), SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS TOO, plus annual performance reviews which may lead to increases in your compensation as well.

Shifts Available:

• Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday 7A-7P
• Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday 7A-7P
• Sunday - Tuesday every other Wednesday 7P- 7A
• Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday 7P-7A
• This position will work a rotating swing shift (12 hours per day, four days in a row, then three days off one week: 12 hours per day, three days in a row, then four days off the next week). This means a significant amount of time off per year equaling 180 days off a year.
• All orientation is conducted at our HR location in Canonsburg, PA. Training will begin on your next scheduled shift.

Pay Shift Differentials:

• Sunday-Thursday night shift: $1.50 added to base rate
• Saturday-Sunday 7am day shift: $1.00 added to base rate
• Friday-Saturday night shift: $3.00 added to base rate
