What You'll Do
As the Evening Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests leave with a smile and our team stays motivated. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting team members during evening shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
- Handling any issues that arise during your shift with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Upholding company standards and policies, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Working 1-2 weekend shifts per month to support our busiest times.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who is ready to lead by example and bring their best to every shift. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in food service or retail.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your daily duties.
- Reliable transportation to ensure you can get to and from work on time.
- A commitment to passing a background check.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
