This is an on-site Shift Leader/Ice Maker role located in Northfield, NJ. The Shift Leader/Ice Maker will be responsible for supervising daily operational activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing team productivity during assigned shifts. Additional responsibilities include preparing Italian Ice and frozen custard recipes daily, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their needs efficiently, and upholding Rita’s friendly brand image.
