Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality catering menus across a variety of cuisines
- Collaborate with Sales on menu development and seasonal offerings
- Demonstrate strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation and quality
- Support catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in catering or high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
