Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, for a Catering Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day catering operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating logistics to deliver exceptional food service experiences. The Catering Coordinator will collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, manage catering sales, and oversee the seamless delivery of services. The role involves constant interaction with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure high-quality catering services.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client and team relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and attention to detail
• Experience in Food Service operations, including a solid understanding of catering procedures
• Knowledge of Catering Sales and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients to plan and execute events
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or catering is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
