We’re looking for an early-career Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in Clearwater, FL!
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more complex accounting responsibilities over time.
📍 Location: On-Site in Clearwater, FL
💰 Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base potential bonus
🕐 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
What you’ll be doing:
- Support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Record and process vendor invoices and customer payments
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Partner with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting
- Gain exposure to ERP systems and broader accounting processes

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; Finance with an Accounting minor may also be considered
- Understanding of GAAP fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- ERP experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Coachable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in accounting
