Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creativity and execution and takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work.


The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the broader team and an external social media partner to execute the firm’s marketing initiatives.


The primary focus of this position is coordinating marketing campaigns for luxury listings, producing marketing materials, managing project timelines, maintaining accurate digital platforms and databases, and supporting the day-to-day execution of the team’s marketing plans.


The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and resourceful. They anticipate needs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate clearly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Success requires someone who enjoys ownership, thrives under deadlines, and consistently follows through.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Montecito, Monday through Friday, with occasional early-morning or evening property shoots.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, project coordination, or a related field
  • Luxury brand, hospitality, or real estate marketing experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and social media platforms
  • Experience with InDesign, Squarespace, CRM systems, website management, and project management software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between properties and appointments
  • California real estate license preferred. Candidates may be asked to obtain a license if the responsibilities of the position expand to include work requiring licensure


Key Responsibilities


Listing Marketing and Creative Execution

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for luxury listings from launch through close
  • Draft compelling property descriptions, email campaigns, marketing copy, and other written materials
  • Manage listing websites and ensure information remains current, consistent, and accurate
  • Assist with advertising placement across digital and print channels
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand quality before publication
  • Track campaign activity and maintain marketing reports,


Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and external social media partner to support execution of the approved social media strategy and content calendar
  • Perform occasional local errands related to listings, marketing initiatives, photography and videography productions, events, or office operations
  • Create and edit social media assets using approved brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Schedule and publish approved content across designated platforms
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to keep content moving on schedule
  • Organize and maintain the team’s photo, video, and social media asset library


Project Management

  • Support the Director of Marketing in managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate photography, videography, floor plans, staging, vendor scheduling, and other listing-related logistics
  • Support property photography and videography sessions by coordinating logistics, styling spaces, and helping ensure the final product reflects the team’s luxury brand standards
  • Anticipate potential issues and communicate solutions clearly
  • Follow up with internal team members and external vendors to keep projects moving


Administrative and Team Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support directly related to marketing, listings, events, and team initiatives
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and database integrity
  • Assist with the distribution of marketing publications and promotional materials
  • Perform occasional local errands related to listings, marketing, photo shoot, film shoots, or office operations

The successful candidate is someone the team can trust to manage assigned projects from start to finish. They consistently deliver polished work, communicate proactively, stay ahead of deadlines, catch small details, and contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing environment.


They are equally comfortable proofreading a luxury property brochure, coordinating a photo shoot, updating a listing website, publishing an approved social media post, or managing several listing launches at once.


They work effectively with the Director of Marketing, external social media partner, agents, vendors, and other team members and take pride in helping the team’s marketing plans come to life.


Compensation

This is a full-time, nonexempt position.

$34–$39 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.


The position also includes health insurance and participation in the company’s bonus program.


All hours worked, must be recorded and will be compensated in accordance with applicable law.

Mileage and approved business expenses incurred while traveling between properties or completing work-related errands will be reimbursed according to company policy.
