Orthobullets is seeking a highly organized Marketing & Program Coordinator to support educational programs, client relationships, operations, and product initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding and support for residency programs and users
- Manage communications with healthcare professionals and program leaders
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and support operational workflows
- Assist with product content, educational resources, and marketing materials
- Support sales initiatives, client follow-up, and industry research
- Maintain analytics reports and ensure data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, healthcare, education, or related fields
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Background in Health Sciences, Biology, Public Health, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or medical education environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to healthcare technology and medical education
