What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Relationship Manager - Private Client Services position at Risk Strategies Company?
The Assistant Private Client Relationship Manager will assist the Private Client Services Department in supporting day to day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients.
Your Impact:
- Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by assisting the Private Client Relationship Managers and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assigned
- Leverage Personal Line insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts
- Foster an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications
- Nurture professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contact
- Participate in the retention of renewal business by supporting the PL Select Account Specialists with interacting with producers to prepare applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of personal insurance products
- Ensure the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the PL Select Account Specialist assigned to the client. This includes but not limited to marketing/rating, endorsements, recommendations, billing, ID Cards, policy/quote/binder checking, summaries of insurance, certificates and follow ups of outstanding items.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experience
- Valid STATE P&C brokers’ license
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, Work Smart and EPIC preferred
- Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, coverage, procedures
At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $42,000 - $49,000 annually, plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
