- Execute 2D and 3D finite element analysis (FEA) of gas turbine rotors using ANSYS.
- Conduct in-depth post-processing activities, including low-cycle fatigue (LCF) crack initiation and propagation studies, bolted joint performance analysis, and overall structural integrity evaluations.
- Retrieve, organize, and maintain CAD models from PLM systems.
- Update, enhance, and prepare CAD models using Siemens NX.
- Compile detailed technical reports summarizing analytical results and key conclusions.
- Design and implement Python-based automation solutions to improve efficiency in routine engineering tasks.
