Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer III

What's the Job?
- Execute 2D & 3D gas turbine rotor finite element analyses in Ansys
- Perform post-processing exercises such as LCF crack initiation, crack propagation, and strength evaluations
- Pull CAD models from PLM and work with CAD models in Siemens NX
- Summarize and document analytical results for project reports
- Support automation of routine tasks using Python as needed
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design and analysis
- Proficiency in Ansys for finite element analysis
- Experience with CAD modeling and manipulation in Siemens NX
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
