Job description:
Dental Assistants—if you’re struggling to get consistent hours or haven’t seen real growth in your current office, this is for you.
Across the dental industry, many assistants are feeling it—cut hours, no raises, and limited opportunities to grow. The workforce is shifting, and a lot of offices are staying stagnant.
At Kokua Smiles, we’ve chosen a different path.
We are a privately-owned, locally led, and steadily growing group of dental offices in Oahu—and we’re looking for a reliable, growth-minded Dental Assistant who wants more than just a job.
What makes this role different for you:
- Consistent hours you can count on
- We don’t under-schedule our assistants. Our model is built to keep you busy, productive, and supported.
- Real earning potential
If you’ve been stuck without raises or bonuses, you’ll find opportunity here. We reward contribution and growth.
- A clear path forward
We promote from within and actively develop our team. If you want to grow your skills and income, we’ll help you get there. Whether you’re newer or experienced, we invest in your development so you can become more confident and valuable in your role. While many practices are pulling back, we’re continuing to grow—and that creates more opportunity for our team. You’ll be surrounded by professionals who take pride in their work and support each other.
- Hands-on mentorship & training
- Stability in a tight economy
- Flexible scheduling options
- A respectful, team-first environment
What we need from you:
Our practice is built around growth and accountability, so we’re looking for Dental Assistants who are:
- Dependable and take ownership of their role
- Focused on delivering great patient care
- Open to coaching and continuous improvement
- Ready to be part of a team that’s moving forward
What matters most here
Everything we do is centered around our patients—and that means we need a team that shows up with integrity, consistency, and care every day.
If you’re ready for more stability, more opportunity, and a team that’s actually growing, we’d love to meet you.
If you’re ready to be part of a practice that is building something meaningful—and stable—even in today’s economy, we’d love to meet you.
