Position Overview:

Kaizen Dental Center is rapidly growing, and we are in search of an experienced, skilled, individual with a growth mindset to add to our team. Compassionate and reliable, this team member will strive to meet expectations of high leveled patient care ! They reach excellence each day. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patients
• Confirming appointments
• Answering phones
• Providing treatment estimates
• Collecting payments
• Checking patients in and out
• Supporting the office manager with variable tasks

Qualifications:

• Dental office experience a must
• Experience in the dental clinic is a plus
• Knowledge in Open Dental preferred
• Experience with working with dental insurance
