Applicants must have a strong background in Mathematics (a Bachelors degree or higher with a concentration in the subject area) as well as an interest in taking an inquiry- and skills-based approach to teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:
•Execute an engaging, explicit math curriculum aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
•Provide data-driven instruction
•Establish a highly structured, safe, and achievement-oriented classroom environment
•Implement accommodations and modifications to ensure all learners have equitable access to our rigorous curriculum
•Maintain proactive, regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student academic progress.
•Provide timely grade posts and ensure the active, daily utilization of Google Classroom.
•Partner closely with grade-level, curricular , and special education teams
•Collaborate effectively, reflect on professional practice, and engage in professional development
•Serve as and Advisor for a group of Grade 8 students, supporting their personal, social, and academic growth within our community-oriented model.
Salary : $56,000 - $70,000
