What You'll Do
- Manage full project schedules: long-range, Gantt, and two-week lookaheads.
- Oversee Change Orders, RFIs, submittals, samples, mockups, and field execution alongside your Project Coordinator.
- Own the budget: approve bids, monitor committed costs, manage contingencies, and review all trade invoices and PO variances.
- Coordinate shop drawings, materials, and trade partners to ensure flawless execution per plan and spec.
- Conduct Quality Control walks and inspections at key construction phases to hold the standard.
- Lead client and design team punch walks, driving open items to zero.
- Ensure seamless project handoff to HomeCare with a "Zero Punch List" mindset.
- Lead weekly Client and Design Team meetings, prepare agendas, drive action items, distribute updates, and maintain project alignment.
- Coach, lead, and train by providing guidance, accountability, and mentorship to ensure growth, consistency, and professional development across every role.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience managing custom residential construction or high-end remodeling projects.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and trade partners for complex, design-driven homes.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
- Proficiency with construction management software and cloud-based systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
- Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
