Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Sales/Project Manager to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact from the initial sales consultation through to final installation, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to our high quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience in custom cabinet sales and production with a proven track record of managing construction or production timelines. Work is typically a mix of office, production facility, and job site visits.
Key Responsiblities:
Consultative Sales & Estimating: Meet with homeowners, architects, and contractors to define project scope, provide material expertise, and close sales.
Technical Project Oversight: Manage site measurements and coordinate with estimators, drafters, and shop personnel to ensure designs are translated correctly into production.
Production & Installation Management: Oversee fabrication and installation to ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications, deadlines, and high-quality standards.
On-Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to manage installation crews, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain momentum.
Client & Internal Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing client concerns and reporting progress to senior management to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Foster a productive environment by ensuring all team members are aligned on project objectives and quality control protocols.

Industry Expertise: 3–5 years of project management experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking.
Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods, materials, and installation techniques.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading architectural/millwork drawings and utilizing CabinetVision, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
Project Management: Proven ability to break large-scale projects into actionable steps and manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
Education/Certification: Project management certification is preferred.
