ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Tenant Services Supervisor will supervise the coordination of social services at Baisley Pond Park Residences affordable housing services program for DSS-referred households. The Tenant Services Supervisor will lead a team of 4 Tenant Services Coordinators. The Tenant Services Supervisor will:
· Actively coordinate day to day on-site services for tenants and ensure all service provision is representative of RiseBoro’s mission and in line with funder requirements.
· In collaboration with the Site Director and Program Operations Manager receive referrals for tenant placement, review all documentation, schedule, and participate in apartment viewings for incoming tenants.
· Conduct weekly case conferences with staff to ensure tenant and programmatic successes; support Tenant Services Coordinators with challenging cases.
· Participate in the selection committee for new staff and work with Program Operations Manager to create onboarding and training calendar for all new hires.
· Complete needs assessments and develop ongoing, tenant-centered service plans with all tenants and their respective Tenant Services Coordinator.
· Conduct supervision with staff to ensure appropriate delivery of services, assess staff performance, and provide support for job improvement.
· Maintain ongoing and close communication with the property management team on tenant issues and building matters; encourage collaboration between departments.
· Liaise with property management team and program staff on matters like tenant rental arrears and other issues that put tenancy at jeopardy
· Conduct periodic spot check of program staff case notes, running reports on AWARDS, and reporting areas of concern to the Site Director.
· Coordinate with staff and community partners to establish educational, social, and recreational activities to encourage community building among tenants.
· Outreach in the community to establish and maintain current and new relationships and partnerships; utilize tenant assessments to determine pertinent partnerships that support tenant goals.
· Support Site Director’s efforts liaising with community members to ensure positive neighbor relationships; participate in community meetings as the need arises
· Initiate disciplinary action and develop performance improvement plans for staff as needed; conduct annual performance evaluations and assist staff in the creation of goals for improved program implementation.
· Approve and submit accurate timecards for all direct reports.
· Provide conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and crisis de-escalation, as need arises.
· Work with Site Director to complete reports for submission to Director of Supportive Services for review.
· Participate in funding-required service provider meetings and audit preparation efforts
· Partner with Site Director to develop and implement improvement plans and/or best practices based on funder feedback after programmatic site visits
· Establish and maintain rotating on call assignment and emergency phone protocols.
· Additional responsibilities may be added as position evolves.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in social work or related human services field strongly preferred with at least 3 years of relevant social service experience, particularly serving the homeless and previously homeless population

Salary : $68,000 - $70,000
