Bilingual Receptionist
Location: 77098
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour
Employment Status: Full-Time
Position Overview
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees entering the corporate office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
The ideal candidate is personable, friendly, and highly organized with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong time management, patience, adaptability, and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and office organization
- Support internal teams with clerical and operational needs as assigned
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently throughout the day
- Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Patient, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
