Entry Level Sales Associate

Rise Up Innovation is hiring motivated and people-focused individuals to join our Detroit team as Entry Level Sales Associates. This full-time, on-site opportunity is designed for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals interested in gaining practical experience in sales, customer service, marketing, client relations, and business development.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will represent established brands through customer interactions, explain available products and services, and help customers select options that fit their needs. Team members receive hands-on instruction, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop strong communication, customer engagement, and sales skills.

Previous sales experience is not required. Rise Up Innovations is looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals who are comfortable working with people, learning new information, and contributing to a goal-oriented team environment.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers throughout the Detroit market through professional, in-person interactions.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and promotional options.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing information, service benefits, and current offers.
• Represent client brands in a positive, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized support and accurate information.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment, purchase, or account setup process.
• Maintain organized records of customer conversations, completed transactions, and daily results.
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals.
• Participate in team meetings, product updates, and professional development sessions.
• Provide customer feedback and market observations to help improve future sales strategies.

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences in face-to-face settings
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation within the Detroit area
• Availability to start within the next 2–3 weeks preferred
